Alexandre BIAGGI

Alexandre Biaggi discovered the world of antiques at a very young age thanks to his father who was passionate about underwater archaeology and antique furniture. After a master’s degree in law in Paris, he obtained a degree as auctioneer. It was at the Drouot Hotel that he discovered 20th century furniture and the art market. Tempted by the profession as an fantique dealer, he made his rst steps at the Saint-Ouen Flea Market at Paul Bert Serpette before opening a store at 54 rue Jacob in Paris, where he specialized in decorative arts from the 1920s to 1950s, always offering eclecticism. In 1996 he moved to 14 rue Seine. Where he offers a selection of furniture and objects of the 20th century with a predilection for the end of the 30s and 40s. He has been a membre of the?CNE (Compagnie Nationale des Expert) for several years. In 2000, he decided to extend his field of investigation to contemporary creations and became a publisher of exclusive furniture, created for him by designers.
