Mattia BONETTI

Mattia Bonetti was born in 1952 in Lugano, Switzerland. After studying art, he moved to Paris in 1973 and began working for the textile industry and as a photographic artist. In 1979 he became a designer - decorator. From 1981 to 2001, he was a member of the BG collective, decorating many interiors for private individuals and public places in France and abroad. He also developed industrial products for brands such as Ricard, Christian Lacroix, Nina Ricci, etc. The Anglo-Saxon press awarded him the «Best Original Design Award» in 2005 for his furniture collection?at the David Gill Gallery in London. In 2006 he signed the environment of the Montpellier Tramway. He designed numerous pieces of furniture for the decorator Jacques Grange for the hotel The Mark in New York and elaborated the decoration of the Cristal Hôtel Champs Elysées.
