Mauro FABBRO

Mauro Fabbro was born in Bollate-Milan in 1973. During his years of study at the State Institute of Art in Monza, he developed his passion for design, architecture and visual arts. He started working for the famous cabinetmaker Pierluigi Ghianda for whom he designed the illustrations for the furniture and objects catalog. He then joined the Politecnico of Milan where he studied architecture, while continuing his research in the eld of design. He graduated in 2005 and began his collaboration with the architect Letizia Caruzzo. He designs spectacular sculptured lamps for prestigious residences in London and Gstaad. In 2009, they joined forces and created the architecture rm Caruzzo-Fabbro. In parallel to their activity as architects, they explore new elds of study with the «Laboratory of Interior Architecture» of the University of Milan. The collaboration with Alexandre Biaggi began in 2010 with the exhibition «Mauro Fabbro, variations, light and parchment».
